Restaurant & Food Vendor Registration

Register for the Taste of East Aurora and join us for a delicious medley of local food & beverage on Saturday September 12th from 11am-3pm.

You MUST be a member of the Greater East Aurora Chamber of Commerce to participate as a Restaurant/Food Vendor Vendor. To join the chamber, please fill out our Membership Application, which can be found here:  Become a Member – East Aurora Chamber of Commerce. There is a $100 Introductory Membership Rate for 2026. Please Note: This is good for a 12-month, year-to-date membership in the Chamber. After 12 months, the membership will increase to its normal rate based on the number of employees at the business.

This registration form is a simple event form to secure your spot for the Taste of East Aurora.  Detailed communication will be emailed with an additional form to complete for menu, beverage, tent, and equipment options.

The information session will be held Tuesday, June 23rd from 2-3pm at Homegrown Kitchens located at 650 Main Street East Aurora.  The Erie County Health Department will attend with information regarding permits for the event.

Again this year, we will host our fun and competitive event, The 2026 Taste of EA Flavor Challenge.  This year’s featured flavor is “Blueberry And..”.  Any restaurant vendor may participate, and you must incorporate the flavor of blueberry and another flavor of your choice (ie: Blueberry and Lemon) into your dish. (All details will be included in the supplemental menu form that will be sent out after you register.)

 

Registration and Payment Deadline Monday, August 3, 2026.

The Cost to register is:

  • Restaurant/Food Vendor – 10×10 foot Vendor Tent Space, $200
  • Restaurant/Food Vendor – 10x20 foot Vendor Tent Space, $300
  • Food Truck Vendor Space, $350

Online payment is due at the time of registration.

Electricity WILL NOT be provided, but you may bring a small, quiet generator. 

No alcoholic beverages may be sold for consumption at this event.

All Restaurant Vendors must be Chamber Members in Good Standing.

** All Food Trucks MUST have a Village of East Aurora Food Truck Permit in order to participate in the Taste of EA. Information on the permit can be found HERE.  A link to the permit can be found HERE.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

Final Registration is due August 3rd, 2026

Menu Items Must be received by August 14th @ 3pm (a separate form will be sent to complete your menu items.)

 

THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE. REGISTRATION MAY CLOSE EARLY IF ALL VENDOR SPOTS SELL OUT.

CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: 

PARTIAL (50%) VENDOR FEES ARE REFUNDABLE BEFORE AUGUST 1ST 2026.

CANCELLATION AFTER AUGUST 1ST IS NON REFUNDABLE.

 

2026 Taste of EA Flavor Challenge – “Blueberry And…”!

This year the Taste of EA will again be holding a fun and competitive event – the 2026 Taste of EA Flavor Challenge – “Blueberry And..”

Any restaurant vendor may participate.

Dishes must incorporate the flavor of blueberry and another flavor to compliment of your choosing. (ie: blueberry and lemon)

The Chamber will have five judges who will participate in a blind taste test of all the “blueberry and..” flavored dishes.

To enter the contest:

  • Check off that you would like to participate in the contest on the Supplemental Menu Form which will be emailed separately once you register.
  • Provide FIVE(5) bite-sized samples of your best “blueberry and..” flavored dish for our judges on Sept. 12.

The contest will take place at the Chamber tent, in front of the Chamber office at 652 Main Street, at noon on Sept. 12.

All entries must be brought to the tent by 11:45 a.m.

Winners will get bragging rights for the rest of the Event, a certificate to display at their vendor booth, and a plaque for their business!

We recommend that any restaurant that participates offer their “blueberry and..” flavored entry as one of the menu items at their Taste of EA booth. Everyone who does will also be eligible to win the People’s Choice Flavor Challenge – Blueberry And..

PLEASE NOTE: The only rental company approved to set up equipment for Taste is the Chamber’s preferred company.

Health Department Permit Info & Links

All restaurant vendors participating in the Taste of East Aurora MUST submit a Temporary Food Permit Application to the Erie County Health Department before the event in order to participate.  The Chamber DOES NOT submit them on the restaurant’s behalf.

Please make sure to completely fill out the application and submit it directly to the county.
