Taste of East Aurora Restaurant Registration Form

All Restaurant Vendors must either be a Member of the Greater East Aurora Chamber of Commerce OR be located within the communities served by the Greater East Aurora Chamber of Commerce. Communities include:

Town of Aurora

Town of Colden

Town of Elma

Town of Holland

Town of Marilla

Town of Wales

Village of East Aurora

 Chamber members and non-chamber members are welcome to participate – please not differing registration cost below. Non-Members wishing to join the Chamber can contact us at EAChamber@eanycc.com or 716-652-8444.

Please note: The Chamber IS NOT making equipment rental arrangements for vendors this year. All vendors are free to bring their own equipment as long as it aligns with all safety and Department of Health regulations.

All equipment rentals must be arranged through our preferred supplier – Backyard Party Supply at 716-827-0340. All rental agreements MUST be paid in full prior to the event. Payment is made directly to Backyard Party Supply.

Backyard Party Rental pricing:

10×10 foot tent with four cement weights – $170

Tent sides (20 Feet – 2 work for a 10×10 tent) – $15/each

Banquet Tables – 6 feet $8/each; 8 feet $10/each

Bistro Tables – $8/each

Chairs – $2/each

Equipment & Tent

Please note: The Chamber WILL NOT be arranging for the rental of equipment (tent, tables, chairs, etc.) for vendors this year. All vendors wishing to rent equipment must do so through Backyard Party Rental, 716-827-0340
Equipment(Required)
All vendors who are renting equipment MUST call Backyard Party Rental to make arrangements – 716-827-0340. The Chamber WILL NOT be making arrangements for equipment.
Will you be bringing a Food Truck?(Required)
Please Note: There are only a limited number of food truck vendor spots available. ALL Food Trucks MUST have a Village of East Aurora Food Truck Permit in order to participate in the Taste. Please visit www.east-aurora.ny.us for information about the food truck permit.

Menu Items

A maximum of three (3) food items can be offered in any increment $7 or less plus a non-alcoholic beverage if desired. Restaurants will handle their own sales, sales tax, and no tickets will be sold. You can do less than three (3) food items. We will notify you of menu choices to reduce the number of duplicate menu offerings. Please indicate menu items, descriptions, and prices below. If none are submitted, your items may not be included on the 2023 Taste of East Aurora Map & Menu Guide.
