2024 Sidewalk Sale Vendor Registration

Main Street will be CLOSED to traffic

The East Aurora Sidewalk Sale is back!

This year’s event will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 27, along Main Street in East Aurora. 

We are currently only accepting RETAIL & CRAFT VENDORS at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer accepting Food Truck Vendors.

Main Street will be closed to vehicular traffic.

All vendors will receive a 10’x10′ spot on Main Street. If you need more space,please reach out to the Chamber.

No tents will provided. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, etc. Eletricity will NOT be available.

Cost to register:

  • Chamber Member Registration (starting on May 1st) – $110
  • Non-Members – $150
  • Charitable Organizations – $75

Please Note: No electricity will be provided this year. You may bring your own small, QUIET, generator if needed.

Vendor Registration is OPEN. Please use forms linked below to register as a  vendor.

While this event is non-exclusive to business type/industry, the Chamber reserves the right to limit the number of vendors with competing products.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

Register EARLY for more marketing value!!! For your business to be listed as a participating vendor in Chamber marketing materials (social media, printed communications & print ads) your paid registration must be received by Friday, June 28.

Final Registration is due by Friday, July 12. ** Please note – All participating vendors will be listed on the Chamber’s website as long as they register by July 12.

THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE.  CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

PARTIAL (50%) VENDOR FEES ARE REFUNDABLE BEFORE JUNE 28TH.

CANCELLATION AFTER JUNE 28TH IS NON REFUNDABLE.
