Taste of EA Restaurant Menu Form

A maximum of three (3) menu items (food and/or non-alcoholic beverage) can be offered and may be offered at any price; however, we suggest an increment of $7 or less. You can offer less than three (3) food items.

All vendors are welcome to participate in the Flavor Challenge. This year’s flavor is Blueberry And… You can get as creative as you want, in fact we challenge you! But, this menu item MUST contain blueberry in combination with any other flavor of your choosing (ie: blueberry and lemon). Food and Drink is permissible for entry. There are two ways to participate: (a) the Best of Taste Flavor Challenge – Chamber’s Choice (must supply five samples to the Chamber booth for judging on Sept. 6 by 11:45 am) OR (b) Best of Taste Flavor Challenge – People’s Choice Award (offer it as a 4th Menu item at your booth). You may also do both.

All vendors MUST supply their own tent, tables, & chairs. We have one preferred tent rental company for this event. Their contact information is on the Main Menu Form page as well as in the email you receive once this form is completed. Please indicate if you plan on renting a tent as they are limited in quantity for this event. Please note: The Chamber has no control over the cost of tent rentals and prices have increased this year.
