The one constant in life is change. That doesn’t mean we ever get used to it or fully embrace it. This 3 week workshop will give you tools, strength and hope on how to deal with minor and major stresses in life and to work through the impermeable and fluid changes of life. We will take you on a journey through mindful practices, and stress reduction methods to flow through physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, hormonal and financial changes in life in a safe and comfortable setting. What can we change and what should we let go of.
First week – Recognizing what causes us stress and discomfort.
Second week – How to address, manage and move through these changes.
Third week – Continue to work on how to address, manage and move through these changes along with open circle discussions.
