Village-wide Sidewalk Sale – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, July 23 & Saturday, July 24

The East Aurora Sidewalk Sale is back – live and in-person with a brand new concept!

With the permission and guidance of the Village of East Aurora and the Erie County Health Department, this year’s Sidewalk Sale will have a slightly different twist due to COVID regulations. Our approved concept includes a village-wide Sidewalk Sale for brick and mortar businesses in East Aurora & a Vendor Marketplace for other area vendors at the Classic Rink.

This year’s event will be spread out over two days:

Friday, July 23, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Village-wide Sidewalk Sale for brick and mortar businesses located within East Aurora.

Saturday, July 24, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Village-wide Sidewalk Sale for brick and mortar businesses located within East Aurora & the Vendor Marketplace for other area vendors at the Classic Rink.

Brick and mortar Sidewalk Sale Vendors will be required to keep a safe amount of distance clear for pedestrians to walk on the sidewalk and also keep the area in front of their store clean and clear of debris and trash. Main Street will not be closed and will be completely open to vehicular traffic.

Brick & Mortar village businesses are also welcome to reserve a spot at the Vendor Marketplace as well for Saturday, July 24. 

We will be following social distancing and masking requirements based on the Erie County  Health Department and New York State Health Department regulations at the time of the event.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

For your business to be listed as a participating vendor in Chamber marketing materials (social media, printed communications & print ads) your paid registration must be received by Friday, July 2.

Registration is due by Friday, July 9. ** Please note – All participating vendors will be listed on the Chamber’s website as long as they register by July 9.

COST

The cost to register for both days as a Brick & Mortar Sidewalk Sale Vendor is $30 total. Brick & Mortar businesses in East Aurora can also participate in the Vendor Marketplace for an additional fee. The total cost for both the Sidewalk & Marketplace is $70.

Brick & Mortar vendors do not have to be Chamber Members, but they MUST be located within the village of East Aurora.
