6The 2026 Taste of East Aurora is being held on September 12th, 2025 from 11am-3pm!
Menu Information
A maximum of three (3) food items/non-alcoholic beverages can be offered and may be offered at any price; however, we suggest an increment of $7 or less.
You can offer less than three (3) food items.
Restaurants will handle their own sales, sales tax, and no tickets will be sold.
Please indicate menu items and prices on the following form by AUGUST 20 at 4 p.m.
If none are submitted, your items will not be included on the 2026 Taste of East Aurora Map and Menu Guide.
2026 Flavor Challenge – Blueberry And…
The 2025 Flavor Challenge will feature the combination flavor “Blueberry and…”
Restaurants may craft a dish around this flavor. This item must contain the flavor blueberry and include another flavor of your choosing, ie: blueberry AND lemon.
This contest includes a People’s Choice Award and a Blind Taste Test by Chamber Judges. You may participate in either one or both.
If you participate in the Judges’ Blind Taste Test, you will need to provide 5 samples to the Chamber no later than 11:00 am on Sept. 12 for the judges.
Your participation in either or both contests allows you to add that item as a 4th menu item.
Equipment – Tents, Tables, & Chairs
Vendors must provide their own grills.
All equipment rentals must be arranged through our preferred supplier:

Tents are in limited supply. Several types are available at varying prices. Banquet tables, high-top bistro tables, and folding chairs are also available for rental from this company.
For ease of event logistics, we ask that you rent ALL of your equipment from this company.
Please call the rental companies as soon as possible to ensure you have a tent for Sept. 12.
Please note: The Chamber will provide tables in the center of the street for public use. The Chamber does not control the cost of tent rentals.
If you are providing seating at your Event location on Main Street, your vendor space purchased must accommodate the tables and chairs. If you need more than 20′ please contact the Chamber.
